Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are displayed at the time the order is placed.
Payment for the goods by the Customer shall be made using the method selected when placing the order.
No additional costs or commissions are due to FORM.
Goods are shipped in packaging prepared directly by the manufacturer or in appropriately sealed cardboard boxes.
FORM cannot be held responsible for any delays in order processing or in the delivery of the ordered goods.
Important notes for customers:
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer must check:
– that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the invoice;
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.
Any external damage or discrepancies in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier upon delivery.
Any claims made after 8 days from delivery will not be considered. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all declarations made.
Transport Costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the total cost of the purchased products and includes insurance coverage for the goods during transport.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCUMENT
(WHILE THE COURIER IS STILL PRESENT)
Check the number of packages being received: it must match the number indicated on the delivery note (or the courier’s delivery slip).
Check the labels on the packages: they must show the correct name and address.
Check the external condition of the packages: they must not show any damage or signs of tampering (e.g., sealed with non-original tape, damaged packaging, etc.).
If any anomaly is detected during these checks, sign the delivery note (or, if not provided by the carrier, the accompanying document) with the note “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” and specify the type of anomaly found (e.g., “subject to inspection for 2 missing packages” or “subject to inspection for damaged box”).
Attach a scanned copy of the delivery note (or the transport document if the carrier does not provide one).
Important: placing a specific reservation is a right guaranteed by the Italian Civil Code (Art. 1698).
