Cancellation of orders
FORM reserves the right to cancel an order or an item in the order if the following circumstances occur:
- items that are reported as out of catalog by distribution companies
- items that cannot be delivered by suppliers due to problems
- credit card fraud
- incorrect use of discount coupons
